Rinehart is Vice President of Operations for MPLX Gathering and Processing\, bringing more than thirty years of midstream oil and gas experience across Operations and Health\, Environmental and Safety (HES). He began his career with Marathon Pipe Line Company in 1991 as an Environmental professional and advanced through leadership roles in Operations and HES across Marketing\, Terminals\, Transport\, Marine and Rail. In 2013\, he became HES Manager for Marathon’s Logistics & Storage organization\, leading performance improvement across four midstream operating groups. Harold later served as Operations & Logistics Manager for Marathon Pipe Line\, overseeing pipeline operations\, the control center\, SCADA\, field controls\, automation\, hydraulics engineering\, measurement\, scheduling and revenue analysis for roughly 7\,000 miles of pipeline. In 2019\, he joined MPLX as Vice President of HES\, directing nationwide programs in personal and process safety\, environmental compliance\, PHMSA\, security and sustainability. Since 2023\, he has served as Vice President of Operations for the MPLX East Region\, where he oversees gathering and processing operations in Ohio\, Pennsylvania\, West Virginia and Kentucky\, including 8.6 BCFD of gas processing capacity\, 350\,000 BPD of ethane recovery\, 470\,000 BPD of C3+ fractionation\, 2\,000 miles of pipelines and approximately 400\,000 horsepower of compression. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nModerator\, Sarah Miller\, President and CEO\, GPA Midstream Association; CEO\, GPSA Association \n\n\n\nIn October 2024\, Sarah Miller was named President and Chief Executive Officer of GPA Midstream Association\, a trade association representing the operators of facilities for the gathering\, treating\, processing\, transportation\, fractionation\, storage\, and export of natural gas\, natural gas liquids (NGLs)\, and crude oil. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of GPSA Association\, a trade association representing the suppliers and service providers for midstream operators. \n\n\n\nPrior to her employment with GPA Midstream\, Ms. Miller was a shareholder and director at the law firm of Hall Estill in Tulsa\, Oklahoma\, where her legal practice focused on commercial contracting for midstream service companies and producers\, construction and procurement contracting\, acquisition and divestitures\, and corporate governance. While at Hall Estill\, Ms. Miller served as GPA Midstream Association’s outside legal counsel since October 2019. \n\n\n\nMs. Miller’s career also includes 17 years with The Williams Companies Inc.\, including as the company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel. \n\n\n\nMs. Miller received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. He serves on the Boards of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJeremy Jones\, Vice President\, Antero Midstream Corporation \n\n\n\nJeremy Jones is a Vice President at Antero Midstream Corporation with 23 years of advanced technical and leadership experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Since joining Antero in 2018\, he has led the Midstream Operations\, Engineering and Construction teams in delivering 133% increase in gas throughput now transporting 4.2 billion cubic feet per day. This was achieved through organic growth and complimented by four strategic bolt-on acquisitions. Prior to Antero\, Jeremy held key roles at CNX Resources including Director of Engineering & Development and General Manager of Operations. His career has focused on development within the Appalachia Basin working multiple gas plays in the Marcellus\, Utica\, coal-bed methane and shallow oil & gas. Jeremy is recognized for his work specializing in high efficiency and reliability gathering\, compression and NGL processing. Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield State University with studies focused in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He also attended the Aubrey Daniels Institute obtaining a certification in Behavioral Science and Safety Leadership. Jeremy is originally from Beckley\, WV and currently resides in Morgantown with his wife. His son and daughter both attend West Virginia University currently working on their undergraduate degrees. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJim Kerr\, Chairman of the Board\, President and Chief Executive Officer\, Southern Company Gas \n\n\n\nJim Kerr is the chairman\, president and chief executive officer of Southern Company Gas\, one of America’s leading natural gas providers serving more than 4.4 million customers. Kerr began his Southern Company career in 2014 as the executive vice president\, chief legal officer\, and chief compliance officer where he led the Office of the General Counsel\, which includes the company’s legal\, corporate governance\, audit and compliance functions. Prior to joining Southern Company\, Kerr was a partner at McGuireWoods LLP and a senior advisor at McGuireWoods Consulting LLC. He also served for eight years as a member of the North Carolina Utilities Commission\, which regulates the rates and services of all public utilities in the state. He was elected president of both the National Association of Regulatory Utilities Commissioners and the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. Kerr has established himself as a respected voice in the energy industry due to his extensive knowledge of federal and state energy policy and regulations from his work as a utility executive\, attorney in private practice and public servant. He has served or is currently serving in leadership positions with the American Gas Association\, the National Petroleum Council\, the Rotary Club of Atlanta\, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce\, the Institute for the Environment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Electric Power Research Institute. He also remains actively involved in the legal and nonprofit communities\, a reflection of his commitment to the customers he serves. Kerr earned a bachelor’s degree\, cum laude\, from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Jones is the U.S. Manager for Acoustics and Vibration for SLR International Corporation and is based in Houston\, Texas.  He leads a team of 21 acousticians across the US in providing a wide variety of acoustical services including noise and vibration measurement\, prediction\, and assessment for a broad range of clients.  \n\n\n\nDavid received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University in 1996 and began his career as a mechanical engineer for Brown & Root.  He shifted to acoustics when he joined HFP Acoustical Consultants in 1998.  HFP was acquired by SLR in 2014 and David was promoted to the manager of the US acoustics and vibration consulting team in 2019.  He has more than 25 years of experience in industrial noise control engineering with a focus on oil and gas projects\, including extensive work in predicting and measuring the noise impacts associated with natural gas compressor stations.  \n\n\n\nDavid has performed noise studies at more than 300 compressor stations over his career and has developed novel measurement techniques and noise mitigation designs for a wide range of compressor station noise issues.  He has published papers on solutions for tonal exhaust noise from Caterpillar 36 series engine exhausts\, predicting blasting noise from pipeline construction blasting\, and noise mitigation for horizontal directional drilling. \n\n\n\nDavid is a Board-Certified Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE) and a licensed professional engineer.  He serves as the finance chair for the board of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDavid M.
