He began his career with Marathon Pipe Line Company in 1991 as an Environmental professional and advanced through leadership roles in Operations and HES across Marketing\, Terminals\, Transport\, Marine and Rail. In 2013\, he became HES Manager for Marathon’s Logistics & Storage organization\, leading performance improvement across four midstream operating groups. Harold later served as Operations & Logistics Manager for Marathon Pipe Line\, overseeing pipeline operations\, the control center\, SCADA\, field controls\, automation\, hydraulics engineering\, measurement\, scheduling and revenue analysis for roughly 7\,000 miles of pipeline. In 2019\, he joined MPLX as Vice President of HES\, directing nationwide programs in personal and process safety\, environmental compliance\, PHMSA\, security and sustainability. Since joining Antero in 2018\, he has led the Midstream Operations\, Engineering and Construction teams in delivering 133% increase in gas throughput now transporting 4.2 billion cubic feet per day. This was achieved through organic growth and complimented by four strategic bolt-on acquisitions. Prior to Antero\, Jeremy held key roles at CNX Resources including Director of Engineering & Development and General Manager of Operations. Jeremy is originally from Beckley\, WV and currently resides in Morgantown with his wife. His son and daughter both attend West Virginia University currently working on their undergraduate degrees. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJim Kerr\, Chairman of the Board\, President and Chief Executive Officer\, Southern Company Gas \n\n\n\nJim Kerr is the chairman\, president and chief executive officer of Southern Company Gas\, one of America’s leading natural gas providers serving more than 4.4 million customers. Kerr began his Southern Company career in 2014 as the executive vice president\, chief legal officer\, and chief compliance officer where he led the Office of the General Counsel\, which includes the company’s legal\, corporate governance\, audit and compliance functions. Prior to joining Southern Company\, Kerr was a partner at McGuireWoods LLP and a senior advisor at McGuireWoods Consulting LLC. He also served for eight years as a member of the North Carolina Utilities Commission\, which regulates the rates and services of all public utilities in the state.
