MORNING SESSIONS

Kyle Flanagan, Manager of Pipeline Integrity and Compliance, Greylock Energy

Presentation: “Powering Intelligence: How Natural Gas is Fueling the AI Revolution”

Kyle Flanagan currently serves as the Manager of Pipeline Integrity and Compliance for Greylock Energy’s Midstream group in Charleston, West Virginia. In this capacity, he leads all integrity and compliance functions for Greylock’s pipeline infrastructure, with a focus on maintaining regulatory adherence and operational excellence. Since joining Greylock Energy in 2017, Kyle has contributed significantly to bolstering the company’s midstream operations and compliance standards.

He has been a key contributor in several direct-to-end-user natural gas infrastructure projects, including those servicing industrial clients, power generation facilities, and manufacturing plants, by collaborating with Greylock Midstream to develop and manage customized pipeline solutions tailored to these critical energy users’ specific needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Arts in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a registered professional engineer holding license in WV and KY.

Robert Shough, Operations Director, MPLX

Presentation: “Understanding Midstream Natural Gas Processing: From Wellhead to Market

This session explores the critical role of midstream operations in the natural gas value chain. Topics include defining midstream boundaries, gas fundamentals driving processing needs (with emphasis on Marcellus/Utica formations), and NGL product streams including residue gas, ethane, propane, butanes, and natural gasolines.
The presentation will also cover the latest industry innovations including turbo expander advancements, molecular sieve bed materials, aluminum heat exchanger oversight, rod packing recompression, and flare vapor recovery units.
Ideal for professionals seeking to understand the technical and commercial aspects of midstream gas processing and emerging technologies in the sector.

Rob Shough is the Director of Operations for MPLX, overseeing field compression, cryo facilities, deethanization, frac operations, and rail loading in Pennsylvania. He is passionate about developing people, optimizing operations, and community service — earning The Jefferson Award for his volunteer work with local students and environmental cleanup efforts. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bethany College and has advanced through various operational roles at Spectra Energy, Columbia Gas, and MPLX, from contract laborer to his current leadership position.

Heather A. Wilkinson, VP of Projects and Operations, Stonehenge Energy Resources

Heather joined Stonehenge Energy Resources in 2015 and serves on the management team of the company’s private equity-backed platform. She oversees operations across Stonehenge’s natural gas gathering and compression systems in Western Pennsylvania, which currently move approximately 500 MMscfd. She leads the team responsible for day-to-day operations, system reliability, and the execution of growth and maintenance projects. Heather is also involved in capital planning and commercial strategy, working closely with ownership and joint venture partners to support the continued growth of the business while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.

Heather serves on the Board of Directors for Pine Run Gathering LLC, a joint venture between Stonehenge Energy Resources III, LLC and UGI Energy Services, LLC. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Stonehenge Laurel Gathering, LLC, a joint venture between Stonehenge Energy Resources II, L.P. and Laurel Mountain Energy, LLC, through the successful sale of the company in December 2025. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Marcellus Shale Coalition and is an active member of the Women’s Energy Network, the Pipeliners Association of Houston, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Industrial Craft Competition Committee. Through her board and industry involvement, she is dedicated to responsible industry growth and to developing the next generation of skilled energy professionals.

Prior to joining Stonehenge, Heather was a Project Engineer with Tetra Tech Rooney, supporting the Sunoco Logistics Mariner East Phase I and Phase II projects. She previously served as a Project Manager with Halker Consulting, LLC and as a Systems Engineer with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, gaining experience in large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects.

Heather earned a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering with Honors from the University of Nebraska in 1999 and became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2013.

Outside of work, Heather values time with her three children — one serving as a U.S. Navy officer and two currently in college — and enjoys traveling with her family. She also enjoys improving her golf game and exploring Houston’s vibrant culinary scene.

Justin Trettel, VP Midstream, EQT

Justin Trettel is Vice President of Midstream at EQT, where he leads engineering, construction, and operations for the company’s midstream business, overseeing gas processing, gathering, transmission, and storage assets across Appalachia. He joined EQT in 2023 and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting the long-term, responsible development of energy infrastructure in the Appalachian Basin, with a focus on safe, reliable, and efficient midstream operations. Prior to EQT, Justin served as COO of XcL Midstream and previously led midstream engineering, construction, and
operations at Rice Energy, overseeing approximately $1.4 billion in gathering and transmission infrastructure across the region. He began his career in regulated gas transmission and distribution and holds a degree in Petroleum and Natural
Gas Engineering from Penn State.

Julian Carrillo, VP of Production, EQT

Julian Carrillo is Vice President of Production at EQT Corporation, leading integrated production operations across the Appalachian Basin. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he has worked across major U.S. basins including Appalachia, the
Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Niobrara, San Juan, Permian, and East Texas. Julian’s background spans completions and production engineering and operations across onshore, offshore, conventional, and unconventional assets. Prior to EQT, he
held senior technical and leadership roles at Chesapeake Energy, ConocoPhillips, and
Burlington Resources, where he drove record production performance, major efficiency
gains, and technology deployment at scale. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering
from Texas A&M University and is committed to building high performance teams and
developing the next generation of industry leaders.

Harold E. Rinehart, VP of Operations, MPLX

Harold E. Rinehart is Vice President of Operations for MPLX Gathering and Processing, bringing more than thirty years of midstream oil and gas experience across Operations and Health, Environmental and Safety (HES). He began his career with Marathon Pipe Line Company in 1991 as an Environmental professional and advanced through leadership roles in Operations and HES across Marketing, Terminals, Transport, Marine and Rail. In 2013, he became HES Manager for Marathon’s Logistics & Storage organization, leading performance improvement across four midstream operating groups. Harold later served as Operations & Logistics Manager for Marathon Pipe Line, overseeing pipeline operations, the control center, SCADA, field controls, automation, hydraulics engineering, measurement, scheduling and revenue analysis for roughly 7,000 miles of pipeline. In 2019, he joined MPLX as Vice President of HES, directing nationwide programs in personal and process safety, environmental compliance, PHMSA, security and sustainability. Since 2023, he has served as Vice President of Operations for the MPLX East Region, where he oversees gathering and processing operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky, including 8.6 BCFD of gas processing capacity, 350,000 BPD of ethane recovery, 470,000 BPD of C3+ fractionation, 2,000 miles of pipelines and approximately 400,000 horsepower of compression.

Moderator, Sarah Miller, President and CEO, GPA Midstream Association; CEO, GPSA Association

In October 2024, Sarah Miller was named President and Chief Executive Officer of GPA Midstream Association, a trade association representing the operators of facilities for the gathering, treating, processing, transportation, fractionation, storage, and export of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of GPSA Association, a trade association representing the suppliers and service providers for midstream operators.

Prior to her employment with GPA Midstream, Ms. Miller was a shareholder and director at the law firm of Hall Estill in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where her legal practice focused on commercial contracting for midstream service companies and producers, construction and procurement contracting, acquisition and divestitures, and corporate governance. While at Hall Estill, Ms. Miller served as GPA Midstream Association’s outside legal counsel since October 2019.

Ms. Miller’s career also includes 17 years with The Williams Companies Inc., including as the company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Ms. Miller received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband Matt and their children Ben, Thomas, and Ellie.

Matt Rucker, COO, Gulfport Energy

Matt Rucker joined Gulfport as the Senior Vice President of Operations in March 2023. On February 24, 2025, Matthew Rucker was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He joined Gulfport from Javelin Energy Partners where he previously served as Vice President, Production Operations starting in July 2022. Prior to joining Javelin, Mr. Rucker served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Montage Resources Corporation following Montage’s successful business combination transaction with Blue Ridge Mountain Resources in June 2020. Prior to Montage, Mr. Rucker served as Vice President, Resource Planning and Development of Blue Ridge from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Rucker started his career at Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 2007 to 2016, serving in a variety of leadership and engineering roles in field operations, reservoir engineering, and planning. Mr. Rucker graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and with a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He serves on the Boards of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.

Jeremy Jones, Vice President, Antero Midstream Corporation

Jeremy Jones is a Vice President at Antero Midstream Corporation with 23 years of advanced technical and leadership experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Since joining Antero in 2018, he has led the Midstream Operations, Engineering and Construction teams in delivering 133% increase in gas throughput now transporting 4.2 billion cubic feet per day. This was achieved through organic growth and complimented by four strategic bolt-on acquisitions. Prior to Antero, Jeremy held key roles at CNX Resources including Director of Engineering & Development and General Manager of Operations. His career has focused on development within the Appalachia Basin working multiple gas plays in the Marcellus, Utica, coal-bed methane and shallow oil & gas. Jeremy is recognized for his work specializing in high efficiency and reliability gathering, compression and NGL processing. Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bluefield State University with studies focused in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He also attended the Aubrey Daniels Institute obtaining a certification in Behavioral Science and Safety Leadership. Jeremy is originally from Beckley, WV and currently resides in Morgantown with his wife. His son and daughter both attend West Virginia University currently working on their undergraduate degrees.

Jim Kerr, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Southern Company Gas

Jim Kerr is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Southern Company Gas, one of America’s leading natural gas providers serving more than 4.4 million customers. Kerr began his Southern Company career in 2014 as the executive vice president, chief legal officer, and chief compliance officer where he led the Office of the General Counsel, which includes the company’s legal, corporate governance, audit and compliance functions. Prior to joining Southern Company, Kerr was a partner at McGuireWoods LLP and a senior advisor at McGuireWoods Consulting LLC. He also served for eight years as a member of the North Carolina Utilities Commission, which regulates the rates and services of all public utilities in the state. He was elected president of both the National Association of Regulatory Utilities Commissioners and the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. Kerr has established himself as a respected voice in the energy industry due to his extensive knowledge of federal and state energy policy and regulations from his work as a utility executive, attorney in private practice and public servant. He has served or is currently serving in leadership positions with the American Gas Association, the National Petroleum Council, the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Institute for the Environment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Electric Power Research Institute. He also remains actively involved in the legal and nonprofit communities, a reflection of his commitment to the customers he serves. Kerr earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He and his wife, Frances, have two children.

Clint Hummel, Director of Commercial Development – Williams

Clint Hummel is Director of Commercial Development for Williams’ Northeast Gathering and Processing assets, overseeing commercial activities across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He has spent 13 years with Williams in a range of leadership, technical, and business focused positions. Mr. Hummel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Kimberly Price is Director of Corporate Ventures Affairs at EQT Corporation, where she leads external affairs strategy for the company’s growth portfolio. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of energy development and public affairs, she advances strategic initiatives through integrated communications, government relations, and stakeholder strategy. Kimberly advises senior leadership on political, regulatory, and reputational dynamics, building durable support for complex, multi-state infrastructure and commercialization projects. Prior to EQT, she held leadership roles at Olympus Energy and Rice Energy. She holds a B.A. in English from Washington & Jefferson College and completed graduate studies at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
