- Early-bird member cost $45
- Early-bird non-member cost $85
- Early-bird registration will end on Monday, September 9th at midnight.
- Regular registration member cost $55
- Regular non-member cost $95
- Online registration will end September 9th at midnight.

- Event Sponsorship, $1,500: Includes 2 registrations, signage, table tents, mention in promotional materials and an option for sponsor representatives to introduce themselves.
- Food Sponsorship, $750: Includes 1 registration and signage at the event.
