ABGPA Clay Shoot

The event will be held at Hunting Hills Hunting Preserve, 60 miles south of Pittsburgh and 20 miles north of Morgantown.

Know Before You Go

• Shooters, bring your own gun!!!
• 12/20 gauge ammo is included in registration cost
• Raffle, 50/50 and gun tickets will be sold the day of the event
• Registration fee includes ammo, cart, breakfast, BBQ lunch
• No ATM on site
• No lodging on site

Registration

Each shooter package includes breakfast, cart, lunch, 100 shells, eye and ear protection.

• Individual Shooter:  $300 Member/$350 Non-Member
• Foursome Team: $900 Member/$1,000 Non-Member

• 9:45-10 a.m. Welcome & Safety
• 10-12:30 p.m. Flight

Sponsorships Available

• Naming Sponsor – $3,500 (only 1 available): As the Platinum Naming Sponsor, your company’s name/logo will be on sponsorship signage, prominently displayed at registration. You will also be listed on the website and all social media as the naming sponsor for the event. Station sponsor sign with your company’s name placed at the middle of the stations with tent accommodations available (tent provided by naming sponsor). In addition, your company will receive shoot entry for two 4-person teams. A company representative will be given the option to assist with awarding shoot prizes during Lunch and Awards.
• Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor-$2,500 (4 available): As a Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor, your company name/logo will appear on sponsorship signage at registration. You will be listed on the website and all social media as the Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor. This will include one shoot 4-person team.
• Tent Sponsor – $600 (unlimited): As the Tent Sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent on the shooting course with the option to provide snacks, play a game even offer a giveaway prize, it’s your choice. Your company’s name/logo will be included on signage on website and registration. (tent, food & beverages/giveaways provided by sponsor)
• Swag Sponsor -$2,000 (one available): As the Swag Sponsor your company name will appear on the giveaway to each shooter at registration. Your company name/logo will be included on signage at registration and on website.
• Cigar Sponsor-$1,500 (one available): As the Cigar Sponsor, your company/logo will appear on all signage at registration and on website. Your logo will appear on each cigar wrap.
• Snack/Drink Sponsor – $600 (four available): As a Snack/Drink Cart Sponsor you get the opportunity to display your name on the event drink/snack cart. A representative from your company can drive the cart and interact with participants. Your company’s name/logo will be included on signage which will be displayed during registration and lunch.
• Station Sponsor – $250 (unlimited): As a Station Sponsor your company’s name/logo will be prominently displayed on a station sign.
